Flatpack Film Festival
Birmingham — Multiple Editions
Dosanjh's films have been a regular feature at Flatpack Film Festival, Birmingham's annual celebration of moving image, animation, and artists' cinema. Across multiple editions of the festival, his work has been screened at some of the city's most important cultural venues.
Flatpack 5 (2012) — Year Zero: Black Country screened at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, the University of Birmingham's gallery housing old masters alongside modern and contemporary works.
Flatpack 6 (2014) — Black Country Tales screened at the Custard Factory in Digbeth, Birmingham's creative quarter.
Flatpack 9 (2016) — Screening at the Midlands Arts Centre (MAC), one of Birmingham's leading multidisciplinary arts venues, alongside a pop-up screening tour at Smethwick Library — returning the films to the community they depict.
